Inspiring Future Leadership
Upholding Truth & Accountability
Trust in leadership worldwide is at an unprecedented low. It is perceived to be a landscape of self-interest, greed, bigotry, prejudice and sectarianism in the pursuit of power.
The ideals of compassion, respect, humility and the concept of upholding truth at any cost and being accountable have been bruised and battered so much that there exists a disconnect among people, and within them as well.
Competency without character leads to leadership failures. Together these qualities contribute greatly towards upholding truth and accountability. This is what builds credibility, congruency and enhances the trust factor so vital in all relationships.
There are signs from around the world reaffirming that people hold the power to change. The time is now; join the wave of change. APYC 2018 aims to foster and sustain this change.
